drawback of hot weather = everyone is at the park
and they are obstructing my hill that i usually run up and down for a little HIIT action =/ which is what i wanted to do today.
i’m gonna head back probably just before or after dinner time when they have hopefully cleared out a bit! if they’re still there then i’ll probably just go for a jog/walk and then come home and do Ri30 :P
i’ve done 45 pushups today so far, intended on doing the whole 50 but i got distracted and forgot to do my last set :L something really cool though is that i started doing sets of 10s because the first three sets of 5 felt slightly too easy :D so i did 5,5,5,10,10,10 :)
hopefully i can keep improving with that and soon crank out sets of 10 with ease ;)
for dinner tonight i’m feeling some grilled sweet potato with some rice and mixed veg? contemplating throwing the rice out and replacing with a salad, but then i might not meet my calorie goal for today. decisions, decisions :P i just cba with hot rice. i dont mind grilling/sauteing but the boiling water and whatnot for rice is just like mehhhhhhhhh and it takes so long to cook. i might check my cookbooks for more sweet potato suggestions cause i got one that needs using up :)
ALSO i’m thinking of making some extra grilled Sweet potato to save in the fridge, and use in a wrap tomorrow for lunch perhaps?
