just had this, thanks to Luke giving me the recipe :) No picture because i gobbled it up straight after making!!! it was so good!
basically just blanched broccoli, then you fry some garlic in a tablespoon of oil. you drizzle the oil over the broccoli, add a tbsp of soy sauce, and then scatter the fried garlic about and that’s it! took me less than 15 minutes :)
definitely going to be a new staple :P it’s a great and healthy mini-meal!
also had some Gerbs pumpkin seeds after. very very tasty and allergen free for you nut and gluten sufferers :P
