So, out of boredom last night i created this gem. I’m not particularly expecting to follow it to the letter but i thought it would help me to be more organised when it comes to eating around my busy schedule! I’m already plotting what kinda bulk stuff i can make today to get me through the week.My latest discovery: rather than going through the hassle of soaking the chickpea flour in the socca mixture, it works perfectly well to make them as “pancakes”- plus they’re more pliable and able to be used as wraps , whereas socca tends to be quite breakable sometimes. maybe i make it wrong :Panyway what i mean by pancakes is that i just replace normal flour with gram flour in my pancake recipe. i tried it at Luke’s the morning after his birthday and it was a great success! They still have that more savoury socca taste but are pliable and fluffy like pancakes :)hence my grand idea to test drive some chickpea-pancake-veggie-omellette tomorrow :P this shall consist of sprinkling chopped peppers, onion, garlic, and leafy greens into the cooking pancake so they get cooked in to make a delicious omellette type thing :D if successful i’m gonna try it as a pre-prepared lunch on the go and see how if holds up taste wise after being refrigerated overnight. i have high hopes! i’ll include a couple pictures tomorrow and the recipe :)
as you can see i eat oatmeal like every single day :P and i like it that way xD
anyway there’s several new-ish things on there that i havent tried out yet so i’ll let you know how i get on this week. Got lots of revision to do today as well as a major room tidy, and possibly laundry…ergh
bye for now :) xx
