unfortunately. much more bearable than yesterday but still annoying :P making me wonder if it’s worth going to this one class if it’s gonna leave me in so much pain for this many days!
i know it’s probably a good thing and i’ll get less sore the more times i go so i suppose i’ll keep trucking on and go again this saturday :P plus it seems to have toned up my abs a decent amount, and i’m all for that ;)
just had my breakfast, and i’ve started putting a tablespoon of organic molasses into my oatmeal each morning. Turns out it’s pretty low calorie for the amount you get (similar to agave, it’s like ~60 calories for a tablespoon) AND it’s a great source of iron, calcium, manganese, and a whole bunch of other great stuff (about ~15% of the RDA for most of them i think) :) woo nutrition! the smell put me off but i’ve come to realise it doesnt taste as strong as it smells. once challenge week is over i might try to find a good healthy (refined sugar free, whole wheat, etc) recipe for molasses cookies. having one with lunch or something would be another good way to get a second boost of these nutrients :D plus tasty. i’ll just have to check if baking ruins the nutritional content…
so i’ll be off for a run in about a half an hour, something probably relatively short and sweet, or normal length but easy going. I think i mentioned the gym wont be open for another couple weeks ish still so i am majorly bummed about that =[ providing i keep going to this circuit class i think i’ll probably spend most of the week hammering out lots of cardio to balance things out. i didn’t weigh myself today, in fact i’m thinking i wont until saturday morning, just cause i read that starting a new intense workout can cause you to gain at first before losing. no need to discourage myself :P
