heya peeps. feeling a bit discouraged the past couple days…but i know it’s partly due to impatience (expecting to pop right back to where i was despite having a crappy two weeks food/exercise wise)
On one hand i’m considering ditching the scale for a week and working my ass off/eating as cleanly as possible. on the other i quite like having the scale as a daily motivator. that said i haven’t been taking the bad news it’s delivering in quite the right way recently, it’s just sorta gotten me a bit down/discouraged. Still been exercising and that, but generally feeling a bit meh. I’ll just have to adjust that attitude really and carry on doing everything i can! starting with an early morning run tomorrow…
it’s partly due to me thinking back in september i could easily reach my goal by halloween, and i’m just disappointed in my choices over the last month that have led to me being further from my goal than when i started.
i think i’m just in a stressy mood really :P it’s been a hectic week so far and i have lots of work to do this evening. I’m going for a bike ride after my tutorial to clear my head a bit, after which i’ll make a light dinner and get to work.
well i feel a bit better now :P all it takes is an attitude adjustment really. they are promising inductions next weekend for the gym (thats the weekend of reading week, so time off and a free gym = lots of exercise!)
