My challenge this past week was…
No Alcohol or Sweets
Happy to say i was 100% alcohol free for the week :D not particularly difficult for me, but i’m happy about it nontheless! I’m actually considering giving up alcohol for good for a while….excluding like christmas maybe, or special occassions. Nights out/parties do not qualify as special occassions.
Sweets….ahh i wish i could tell you i was perfect on this as well, but i am afraid i failed you ( and me! ) on wednesday at the vegan tea party. I had a little bit of cake, and a little bit of cookie, and a lot a bit of flapjack (sooooooooooooooooooo goood, i felt less bad about it cause it’s not strictly a desserty kinda thing. loophole though :P)
but besides that i was perfect!!
it actually came to my attention today that i havent had a wednesday yet of clean eating! :( this is because i go to riding and there’s always free crisps so i tend to grab a handful at some point :P thus, it will absolutely happen this wednesday, i’ll make sure of it! my first clean wednesday!
this weeks challenge is very general, but i need it to get me back on track as it seems i’ve gained a bit.
so, for the week of October 21 the challenge is:
Eat Clean and Exercise 30 min every day. No excuses!
and i mean 100% squeaky clean! minimally processed as possible! i have a load of fruit and veg in my fridge waiting to be munched this week and i wont let them down :) I’m also gonna make it a point not to eat after 6 pm if i can help it.
i will weigh in next sunday/monday to let you know where i’m at officially :D hopefully it will be good news, or at least bearable news :L
now i’m sleepy and i’ve got an early morning tomorrow (doing ripped in 30 level 3 before my 9 am lecture!) so i’ll catch you guys later B)
