Lunch! Spinach salad with sugar snap peas and simple vinaigrette, marinated tofu in pita, an apple and a blushing pear which takes the grittiness of pears to a whole new level….it made my mouth feel realllllly weird :s as in, it was hard to eat? ?? I don’t know it made my mouth all sticky and weird …I was disappointed to say the least
half of a medium/small sweet potato mashed + a cup of broccoli = super super super full. o_o almost uncomfortably so. guess i know what i’m eating next time i’m very hungry!! :P
tofu/spinach wrap! the tofu was cubed and lightly sauteed with garlic and onion, splashed with soy sauce, with dashes of paprika and curry powder, and finally made into more of a sauce-covered shindig by adding a little canned coconut milk leftover from making creme eggs. mmmmmm
only drawback is it’s a white tortilla, i will have to work on finding some brown ones. not easy to come by in the local shops for some reason!
anddd then my workout summary from the gym :) i ellipticalled for about 30 minutes on the interval program. woop
When people find out I’m vegan they almost inevitably ask

this did not really require 3 pictures, but it was sosososo yummy i couldnt resist :)
dry fried tofu lightly flavour with a pinch of soy sauce and date syrup + paprika. served piping hot over a bed of lettuce with raw sunflower seeds and a light olive oil/vinegar dressing!
tomato and basil soup from scratch :) super quick,easy,and delicious!
my kind of fridge!!!
