Yay my hair is getting long!!
:D haven’t cut it since Christmas. Mostly due to cheapness xD but its nice to have longer hair again :) its been a very long time
posting this for my own sake- me at 125 back in december. I’ve been so out of the loop with eating and exercise lately, march has largely been a static month in the weight department. Currently floating between 127 and 129. Stress from uni caught up with me and i havent been able to shake it off since!
luckily easter break is coming at the end of this week which will give me some time to restructure my eating and rediscover my motivation and focus. I think if i work hard, i can be well on my way back to this by the time uni starts up again.
it might seem like a trivial amount of weight but it really makes a huge difference. I remember how happy and excited i was to get to that point! my dream body was well within arms reach had i not slacked off over christmas so much (understandable, but still :P)
in any case, i dont want the warm weather to roll in and for me not to be feeling my most confident and athletic! i just have to take the first steps and from there it will all fall back into place. time to start logging and hitting the gym as often as i can :)
to all those in the same struggle- dont give up! you can always regain (or re-lose ;) ) what you had!
