so, i’ll admit i’ve had a bit of a lax 4th of july weekend- and i dont feel good about it!
it’s back on track today, tracking food, run later after or before riding, some strength stuff in my room….need to get on it! plus it’s pms week so i feel gross already :P
i’m happy to say my veganism has stayed strong throughout being home. The last time i was home i was newly vegan- more like transitioning- but anyway i gave into dairy temptation at every turn! now i’m just like oh it has animal products? nevermind then
so yay that :o)
happy with my newly dyed hair as well, francesca did such a great job! it’s not too overwhelming or tacky looking but still bright and fun :D
today the plan is to finally unpack my bags (it’s been a week so i dont have excuses anymore :P) , have some lunch, go running/riding, have dinner and then sort out my plans for tonight. My town always puts on fireworks which i’ll likely go to, but i cba drinking or anything tonight and my friends are at that age where every occassion is a drinking occassion so meh :P we’ll seeeee.
in other news my boyfriend will be visiting two weeks from today YAYYYYYY
haha no regrets :P but yeah i’m definitely a little heavier than i was on sunday (133.8 lbs ??? last week was a crazy one for weight loss. cant wait to get back on it!!!) so today is a bit of a detox day, water like no tomorrow whilst i hit the revision hard + cleancleanclean eating. i’ve exhausted my sweets/baked goods supply so hopefully this wont be much of a challenge!!!
