because i couldnt find batteries anywhere for my old one. and i cba ordering them online since i already wasted money buying the wrong ones :P it was kinda beat up anyway.

i was 129.6 lbs this morning. ergh. not unexpected but still annoying! i’ll weigh in again tomorrow morning and change my current weight to whatever that may be. but it wont be long till i’m back to 125 , mark my words!
gym later, for now i’m gonna go get some tea and a snack….pitta and spinach and a banana? maybe some pb in there somewhere? we’ll see :P
eeee such a good run! not least because i wore that^^^ and actually felt quite comfortable/confident in it! (if you cant tell, that’s underarmour. it is skinnnn tighttt but so so warm so i didnt wanna overheat by putting on a sweatshirt)
i glanced in the hall mirror on the way out and i was like wow =o cause i could actually see how small i’ve gotten! always a nice feeling :D
the run itself was great, i feel stronger every time i go out :) got to my reversing point in record time- 5:45. At that point i’ll have only ran ~ .7 of a mile, and i didnt let up (infact i even threw some interval running in the mix) so i’m guessing my mile time is maybeee 8 minutes or so? maybe more between 8 and 9. not sure, but i’m pleased with it anyway cause it’s definitely improved!
now i’m back and i’ve stretched and i’m gonna eat a banana and watch a show anddd maybe finish tidying my room :P
o and yeah i’m 127.0 lbs now ;) only 2 lbs to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just been on a morning run with my better half, and he pushed me quite a bit :P which was very good. I now know i’m capable of much more than i was doing before! Downside being my head is in much pain, possibly because i didnt have food before run? In any case, i’m off to remedy that shortly!
Today’s weigh in was sliiiightly disappointing, but far from being bad.

i’ve been at 129 for most of last week thus i clearly have to work harder and eat smarter! and that’s what this week is about :) i’m gonna have to work my ass off for every single pound of these last 4, i can tell already :P

Today was a looong day, but quite fun! I went out with Luke to help him film a parkour-y video. Always very inspiring to watch him move around cause he’s so strong and agile and all the rest :P he makes me wanna be strong and brave like him!
We were out for a few hours in the cold so it took a toll on me despite only doing some light biking. We went back and watched some extreme makeover weightloss edition because it’s crazy and inspiring and makes you wonder if you’re really putting as much effort in as you should. I took it to heart today, coming back to my flat and despite being very sleepy and lazy i banged out a 30 minute workout :D
i’m really in the home stretch here. My goal is to reach 125 by decemeber 1st. So, i’ve got three weeks to shed these last ~4 lbs. A little over a pound a week! Which means it’s time to kick it into high gear.
I’ve already planned my workouts for the week and i have new resolve within me to eat like a saint. Tomorrow morning i’m off for a run at 730 before a full day of labs and lectures. chyeahhhhhhhh
i’ll also weigh in tomorrow before my run to see where i’m at for the week :)
this is it! i made a general commitment last new years that i was going to lose weight and get fit. Only 2 months left to go. Hitting this december goal is really crucial if i want to achieve the physique i’m aiming for before i fly home for christmas. Now or never Lace. So i weighed in today and i was so so so so happy to see that i’ve finally dipped below my previous low weight- not by much, but it’s the right direction!

so this is really exciting for two reasons!!!!
1) i broke into the 50’s in kg!!!! i only just realised this when i was doing the conversions, but ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!! that is so nice to see, even though it’s just barely :P
2) As i’m in the uk, i can happily announce that i’ve now officially lost a stone :D madness. Soon i can say i lost 15 lbs, but for now a stone sounds cooler than 14 xD
wahhh it’s so refreshing to finally see progress again after all my stagnation :) this will give me all the motivation i need to eat clean and stay active in scotland so i can see the beautiful 120’s when i get back. 120-anything will thrill me beyond belief, as i dont think 125 is a realistic goal before the 26th of june :P By the first few weeks of july though, for sure.
yay progress :) oh and i will take a set of progress pictures, regardless of my weight, before i leave for america. so expect some after next week :)

i worked out by the side of my boy yesterday in his very sophisticated and advance home gym ;) rode his stationary bike for ages while he did his thing. and then i did a single deadlift of some realtively heavy thing :L and thennn i played on his gymnastic rings a bit and now my arms are quite sore! my abs are a little sore too, probably from the rings as well :L
i’ve also vowed to do 20 pushups a day this week :P more sore arms.Plus i’m riding twice this week! once in a normal lesson and once in a clinic on friday morning. yayyyyy :D
unfortunately it’s the first sunny day in WEEKS here and i have far too much work to even consider going for a run :( but i hope it holds out and i’ll go tomorrow! work comes first, after all. le sigh :P
